At HOLLOW, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and without hassle. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

International Orders

  • International orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and customs processing.

  • Estimated international delivery timelines are typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and location.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotional campaigns.

  • Express shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • Partial COD is applicable on selected domestic orders.

  • Customers are required to pay ₹99 in advance to confirm COD orders.

  • The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery.

  • HOLLOW reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or high-risk orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier portal.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

  • HOLLOW is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.

8. Delays

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen operational issues are beyond our control.
