2. Damaged / Wrong Product
A replacement or resolution will only be considered if:

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by HOLLOW, the refund will be issued strictly as HOLLOW Store Credit.

Store credit will be equal to the value of the approved refundable product.

Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used on future purchases made through HOLLOW.
4. Size & Product Details

Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart and product details before purchasing.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or measurements may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and production processes.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed.

COD orders may be cancelled by HOLLOW if found suspicious or unverifiable.
